Amazon Developments were appointed as main contractors by Arx Developments to deliver fourteen residential units at their development on Maxwell Raod, Rathmines, Dublin 6.
This was a design and build contract which saw Amazon Developments employ architects, engineers and all other necessary consultants to complete the project in a timely manner and also allowed for the implementation of budget aware construction techniques that allowed the development to be completed within the allocated budget.
