A large single dwelling unit that was cleverly designed to incorporate the existing semi detached bunglow on the site. The bunglow was used to provide the kitchen and living areas allowing for a glazed link to be constructed between the bunglow and the new bedrooms.

A new three story, two bedroom dwelling built on a corner site of a cul de sac in a well estabilished estate. The house use a mixture of render, brick and cedar cladding to create a number of points of interest. The design is respectful of both the ridge lins and plot lines of the exisiting houses in the cul de sac.
